At Myrqvist, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the protective film on the soles intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the shoes in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all packaging materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
